It’s here! It has no visible cracks!

Just received my brand new iMac 27 Quad-Core i7 – yay!
I haven’t plugged it in yet, which is completely out of character for me. I’m usually like a kid at Christmas with this stuff. But the poor thing is freezing cold and I figured it might be a good idea to let it warm up first. So tonight’s the night!

I won’t move it into full fledged production until I’ve tested it for the now well-known problems that have made the rounds on the net these past few weeks. Can’t wait to try out Aperture on this machine though – 2, 3 or X!

And yes – it’s really beautiful, even when it’s turned off :-)

    I still resist Apple (don’t ask, it’s an 80s thing) but the wife gets an iPhone next month. I tried to convert her to Android, no luck :-) Some day, a proper Apple computer will enter the house.

    They must’ve done awful things to you in 80s – but then, it WAS a pretty weird decade ;-)
